I am just wondering wether they will implement the same firmware update that stopped flying over washington, if not how it will be enforced is the question.
The main gist of the article was that although they haven't had any collisions all aircraft are banned from flying over the centre of moscow they don't want any collisions with military, police service aircraft.
I live in a completely different city, where again there are limits for aircraft flying over the city. A minimum of 1000m for commercial aircraft over the centre of the city and all light aircraft are banned. Only military and safety ministry aircraft are allowed with a min restriction of 500 m. So i can safely fly around a park without worrying about aircraft
