I noticed on take off that all 4 lights was red. Is that normal?

Could be a normal warning about something but flying with this condition is unsafe. Close to an airport?

It has 4 constant red lights and it flew good even though it shows critical error.any ideas what it could be

When I first got it I did that was 4 flights ago. Do you think I need to do it again? And compass or imu calibration?

This off me chart...start simple,,check in app where says warnings,,,airdata might have warning there to but to get to the bottom follow as advised in post # 7 above
