A client has asked me to do videos of him AND me in his dune buggy riding out over the desert. Is that OK by the rules or do I need to get a waiver?

Assuming you're in the U.S...

If you're 107, it's fine. As long as you're not driving and flying. You can fly in un-congested areas from a moving vehicles.

If you're flying recreationally, pretty much the same safety rules would apply. But there are no legal requirements right now. But be safe.

I’ll add one little picky thing. ;) Make sure your video doesn’t show you flying directly over you.

Why, that's perfectly legal?
