Is this a jello effect?

Hey All

When i watch this video on my TV, i can see like video is a bit wavy. In the forums i read that it is called a jello effect.

Clip is kinda short. If I go full screen on my laptop I see what appear to be artifacts then the picture suddenly hesitates and then sharpens. I don't think that's jello.

I agree with LarBear360, video is too short to judge. The classic "jello" effect is normally caused by a rolling shutter, like some GoPro cameras use. The only time I've seen wiggly video on my P3A is when I used cheap props. The gimbal does a fantastic job smoothing out the video. Here is a video my buddy made using his GoPro 4 camera that shows the jello effect:
