I have my part 107 and want to fly in an area within 5 miles of a helipad. Looking at the the information about the helipad on AirNav it says it is indefinitely closed. Is that an area I can fly without a waver?

Closed is closed. For all practical purposes, it no longer exists. So fly at will. And even if open, you would not have needed a waiver. Just a simple phone call to them (assuming hobby flying) to notify.

I am not flying hobby, I am flying part 107. That is why I am asking. B4UFLY shows the helipad but its status is indefinitely closed when I look it up on AirNav

Same goes for Part 107, the heliport effectively no longer exists, and if it did, part 107 pilots would not be required to call them anyway.
