I edited waypoints on Litchi app, to add to mission. Now it stops mid flight and just hovers.

I have no idea why. Anyone have any thoughts ? I did save mission again after editing.

Without seeing your mission it is tough to say... I suspect you may have accidentally added an “action” at a waypoint that is causing issues.

I have now. I was reluctant to do so, as it was quite a complicated mission, with lots of waypoints. Also I kind of wanted to find out, what I had done wrong, to avoid it happening again.

Get the Free version of UAV and download and examine every aspect of your flight logs.You may find unexpected problems.
I know I did. I tried to use Batch modify to set all my Waypoints ( in a complicated mission ) adapting the altitude to Ground level changes.
That was the start of my problems. It wasn't until I use the UAV data that I could see it really messed things up. I haven't figure yet how to undo it. but you can see virtually everything that is going on. It is an invaluable debug tool.
