I think that's the ESCs sending mixed phases to the motors - if so then unlikely there is much you can do about it.

I am kinda sure that is the ESC's processor that is doing that not the Naza controller. I will find out later this week when I get the servo test jig and Neewer ESC with a spare motor to set up a motor balancing jig.
