How to Embed Facebook Video

When you click on the media link; it says there is an option to embed Facebook video however I keep getting the message "The specified URL cannot be embedded"

Ok now I went back and made the video public. Looks like you have to have the video public and then right click on the video and select show video URL. Then past the URL into "Media" tab in the reply box.

Video is choppy because I was using cell signal and forgot to change resolution to 720
