To do it properly needs individual cell monitoring which DJI does not allow you to do unless you use the AC and GO app - a very bad way to do it ...
You can use a TELSIN discharger which works with the internal board in the battery ...
BUT you cannot get any readout of what's happening ...

The Telsin automatically stops at 15.4V for storage or if you really wish to deep discharge - it will do it to about 12V total ... it has switch on the side ..
