How to contact IPP to notify of planned UAS activity

Hello all,

I live in San Diego, one of the cities chosen for the pilot program for IPP (integration pilot program.)

Just recently on Airmap, a couple boundaries appeared indicating the areas they will be using for testing. They are quite large and I will most likely have a need to fly my drone. Most of SD is under the automated approval from Airmap (finally), but in these areas it says that IPP accepts digital notice. There is no link to where they accept it and I can't find it anywhere. Is there anyone who knows what this is about or if I even need to actually contact them?

I have contacts in Chula Vista PD that are part of their drone team. They are reaching out to AirMaps. I'll post my findings.
