How do these Connectors Come Off?

The common parts that get broke in a crash are the gimbal cable and the black and gray wire. The black and gray cables are actually coax cables that carry the wifi signal from the gimbal assy. to the antennas in the drone body. They are cheap to buy, but almost impossible to fix. Common problems like this you may as well learn how to fix yourself.
The drone hobby is so new that there will be up grades coming a long in a steady stream. I have a P3. I just got a set of gimbal cables in today and it don't match. There's very little troubleshooting info. available on these things, not even a good block diagram.
I see such on the P2, but not the P3, and there are differences as well as similarities.
