I did the 4.0 upgrade
And all I can hear on my RC is beeps''
I can't calibrate.
I have a green solid light all the time on the phantom
And de software said something a bout my throtles axels been not in the range for calibrate.
I'm very new on this please be patience with this mexican''' :

After upgrade, you MUST do these:

1) Download and Import Defalt Phanto Parameters
2) Repower
3) Do Advanced IMU calibration
4) Repower
5) Go to Field and do Compass 360° calibration.

If your TX still beeping, ensure left stick (throttle) if down and you have charged batteries in your TX.

I was not able to recalibrate the Rc.
I cannot download the DJI software because they DONT have app for MAC
So I have to wait for my friend to help me with that issue
And I try to calibrate and power circles as you sujest
And error 29 keeps coming out

OK I import the parameters EL ready
My ROC is not beeping and I think I did calibrate everything
Except x1 and x2
The other side is perfect
Any help??

Solid green light or blinking green ?

If it is blink GREEN only, you're ready to fly.

Check the LED table for be sure it is OK:

For starting motors, you have to move both sticks down center or down left at the same time:

I had a similar problem, I upgrade to 4.0 firmware and an alarm starts, in the software a window shows that the upgrade had a failure and needed to restart the power of the phantom, I did it and know the phantom doesnt connects to the software and the alarm doesnt shut up. The led is not blinking in any color, just the bottom lights blinking twice the front lights in red and the back in green.

Any help.

Make sure the USB cable is properly connected to the LED PCB board on the Inside of the phantom. When the computer is plugged in (via USB) the led should show a solid GREEN, if it doesn't then the cable could be loose.

You have to upgrade the NAZA assistant software first, then it will let you upgrade to 4.2
