Greetings & salutations -P2 guts

I have the guts of a P2 and no body. I removed every last bolt and innard from my P2 and discarded the body ( I have a P3 and Mavic). Can I put the internals onto/into another drone -maybe a racing chassis?
Has anyone already done this?
