My first POI low orbit. This tree must be older than me! Has to be careful as it was surrounded by full sized Oaks so had to keep under their branches.

How old would you say that that tree is?

Possibly in the hundreds, hard to tell. I suspect that at some time it got trashed, possibly by lightening which h took the top off and then it continued from there.

All you have to do is cut it in half and count the rings. Then you will know for sure. Lol

They pay big bucks, ah pounds, ah euro's. Oh well, trees like that are in demand as table tops. You could get a lot of table top out of that tree.
