there is going to be a full moon tomorrow night. I would like to get some videos of it.
What is the best setting on the camera for this?

With its very wideangle lens your Phantom is about the worst camera you could use to get photos of the moon.
No matter what you do it will just be a small bright spot in your picture.
If you want to photograph the moon you need to use an SLR with a telephoto lens.
Here's what the full moon looks like in a Phantom photo:

It's a nice photo ... but the moon isn't anything special.
 
Here was my attempt tonight at dusk with an ND4 filter..

Slightly better than a bright spot, but not much.

Great shot - I guess you have to take the shot closer to the horizon when it's at it's biggest....
What do you do with the strobe lights? Can you switch them off?

Your front red LED marker lights will automatically shut off when taking photos or video, if you select it in the settings.
