Fps fram rate

what fram rate fps do you use on video 1080 for sharpness etc.
and what is difference between 24 and say 60 fps. Thanks to every one how answer

60 fps will appear smoother if the display can show 60 fps. The teal video will look a little sharper when there are fast moving objects or the camera pans quickly.
