Flight planner

Anyone no of a program or app that will let you plan out a mission. Ie checking line of sight distance, coordinates, heading etc? I want to basically figure out destinations and how far and what direction I need to fly using a compass. I also would like to be able to calculate max distance I can fly based on speed/battery/wind etc to make sure i can make it there and back to my selected target.
I think the last part is more of a formula then and app but any help is appreciated

The applications that come to mind are paid software.

In my experience these two are currently the most used software for detailed flight planning like what you're looking for.
