Flickering houses and buildings

Hey guys,

I just recently bought the P4P and when i shoot video, i always get this flickering in white houses and buildings. It happened as well with my mavic air. it happen with all nd filters4, 8, 16

it happen regardless of the white balance i use. My aperture is 5-5.6 iso is 100, shutter speed is between 80-120. how do i fix this?
