first flight, not very stable in high winds LOL

It was my first we flight, just a take off, spin around, chop off a few daffodil heads and land. 25mph and gusting to 35mph

had all the prop guards on so only thing hurt were the daffodils LOL

Sounds like similar conditions to my first flight a couple of weeks ago. I have to say I much prefer flying with little or no wind, as it just flies like a dream ( in GPS mode that is ha).

Sorry to hear your vision is bad in the wind , my vision is real stable in the wind it's amazing,I would try a compass calibration first

I agree. Mine is very stable in the wind as well. Now the camera footage is another story…. Hopefully my rotor pixel Gimbal will solve that.

As I hinted at in the headline I was actually amazed at how well I controlled it in these winds so when I eventually take it out when the weather is better I am VERY SURE that I wont be disappointed

(me thinks that our friends in the USA don't get the sarcasm bit LOL)
