Jim Williams said this would happen back in April. Look for power line inspections and flarestacks to follow. Done under Section 333 of the FMRA.

Looking at the release for pilot certification requirements. I hear they will be in there. I know that will be Hollywood specific, but it should give some insight on future regulations.
