I can see stadium 10 miles away from where I type this.
At this moment, 2 blimps + 8 banner-pulling planes
within, I'd guess, 3 miles of stadium. Homeland Security must be
on top of each one, including visually verifying pilots from where
they take-off...??

Seriously? Do you have any idea how much is involved in being approved for such actions? I can assure you each and every pilot has been very deeply vetted and their actions are scripted.
