Any monitor with an hdmi input will do , tested with a Black Pearl with built in battery as well , power the firestick with an external usb powerbank.

This uses wi-fi direct to connect whichever mobile device you use to firestick. No cables are required. Hope this helps

Just tried 3 different Android devices to cast to my FStick. Does not work. Cast seems to be broken/disabled on many Android devices. Bummer
