Need a little help please. Can I upload my flight from either airdata or from dji go 4. It a phantom 4 and I would like to find out why it spiraled down with all the props were attached and the battery was still locked in place.

Welcome to the forum!

We normally suggest that people go to this site: DJI Flight Log Viewer - Phantom Help

Follow the instructions to find and upload your log to that site.
Once uploaded to that site, post a link back here on this site if you want people to review the log and give you feedback.

Good luck!

i think i figured out how to post a link, DJI Flight Log Viewer - PhantomHelp.com I hope that it works. I have no idea why the drone fell out of the sky. the DJI GO4 app was reporting high wind fly with caution but there was only a 10mph breeze
Your flight data confirms there were no battery problems.
The Phantom was spinning >360 degrees/sec and wobbling as it came down.
Looks like a problem that caused the loss of one motor.

Thanks for the response, I see that you mentioned that the crash could be because of a motor failure. Is it possible for the motor to have failed and after the crash I havent had any problems at all with the drone? Is there a way to analyze more detail about the internals? I have airdata and it gives some detail but I think I need a little more. Thanks again for the info.

I said that the motor stopped but the cause may have been upstream of the motor in the ESC or something related.
The spiraling and losing height is due to losing the motor.
The Phantom can't maintain height or stay in place with just three.

Dump DJI Go and switch to Litchi to start. You’ll never go back to GO! I switched to litchi 22 months ago and have had perfect performance. No required updates, etc. Litchi has superior Waypoint modes also.
Good luck

Jim, that's about the 200th time you've posted the same thing and it's completely irrelevant to this thread
Updates are not compulsory with DJI Go4 either.
Yes, Litchi is good for waypoints but there's nothing wrong with the DJI Go4 app and it's a better app for photographers.
