Does anyone know of any insurance company in Ontario cover drones and if so what are their rates like?

How much insurance does $700 buy? My agent was talking around $2000 for $2 million liability. If you fly commercially you gotta have liability insurance in Canada.
Right now for pleasure you don't need it but it looks like that might change this year.

sorry..I see you said $1 million. Can I ask who its through? How much insurance does $700 buy? My agent was talking around $2000 for $2 million liability.
who was the insurance from?Yeah, my quote was $700/drone for liability. Wasn't happy with the per drone part and since I never know which one I'll put up on any given day and never have more than one in the air at a time and they all have pretty well the same odds of a mishap. To insure all 5 would have cost $3500.00 for the year.
Not sure, I'll have to go check, I contacted Intact first, and they didn't know what the hell I was talking about.who was the insurance from?
I asked at brokerlink and they sent me an application and it has intact's name on the top.Havn't had a chance to fill it out yet.Not sure, I'll have to go check, I contacted Intact first, and they didn't know what the hell I was talking about.
