Does the Serial No. indicate where built

Could the S/N indicate where your PV2 was built. My fly away was a PH---------- S/N. The replacement I purchased on Amazon was an AJ--------. I have also seen AK--------- It would be interesting to see which ones had the most problems?
Anybody out there notice this?
