DJI Propellers with red strip

Hi Guys, DJI web site has some E300 propellers with red strip, would this propellers fit the Phantom 2 vision plus? If so, do you think they come balanced and ready to install? Sorry if it has has been asked before, I am new here and just bought a Phantom, it is being shipped on monday, I did a search but found nothing.

If they are from DJI they should be perfect. Some cheap 3rd party props aren't the same quality.
Are the red tips on both sides or just the top?
If only the top, you won't see much of them when flying.

Are they these? If so they are genuine DJI 9443's. Come in red, blue, & pink tips.
