I think i may have been higher than 800 FT
also confirmed lost transmitter range and it came back home to earth.

I think you meant to say more than 300 ft.

You aren't supposed to be above 400 ft.

Yeah, I think it must have been a typo. Surely nobody would brag about breaking the FAA laws in a metropolitan area with a large amount of air traffic.
