Dji Phantom 2 Vision+ Camera Transmission Problem

I am still having the same problem with my phantom 2 Vision +. Everything works, i can take a picture/video, move camera and operate the phantom it fly as well but no FPV (i.e I can't see it on screen) but all other thing about aircraft display on screen but no vision on the ipad/smartphone. I have tried everything I can think of,.. Any ideas???please

I made similar tutorial for Phantom 3, though it is more general - includes full diagnosis before you start to fix specific chip, and instructions to reflash all parts of that chip, not just bootloader:
