DJi Go 4 app asking to scan QR code

Hallo, in the Equipment page on top right, the 3 lines, the app still asks to scan QR Code(on battery compartments or storage box).
The scanning window on iPhone or iPad opens perfectly, but no scan happens...!
Someone with a tip?

did you get any help w this my iPhone x will not scan code

I don't think the QR scan works for anybody, anyway if your are registered in DJi app it is not important any more
