DJI editor(app)

Can anyone tell my why my videos will automatically download to the DJI editor app but my photos will not. If there is a setting for this, I am unable to find it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Before you power off your bird go in to the editer and click on pictures and you will see them. There is a little slot near the bottom and if you hit that they will download .
See it. well the ones you click on will

Thanks. Do you know if this will correct my issue permanently or will I have to do it each time I fly?
