Detect Free-fall using wireless vibration sensor

I working with drone prototype which is connected with the wireless vibration sensor Industrial Long Range IoT Wireless Vibration Temperature Sensor to sense the free fall detection and need to control every motor connected to drone in such a way that it will balance the drone accordingly. If anyone uses this sensor IC before or know how can we test this kind of stuff then please suggest the best way to make my idea work.
