this FAA tweet only states not to interfere
& that fines for doing so are definite
collapse site is oceanfront property
but nothing is mentioned about flying
over public beach or surf, where there
is no search activity, to take photos or video...
(possibly for later publication)
can anyone find specifics & post...?
or who at FAA to contact...?
thanks in advance
(ironically, saw 2 paragliders pass both ways by site this AM)

Yeah Rib, they've had their own UAS ops going for days, some carrying FLIR sensors, others with search lights, and others for perimeter containment. The use of sUAS, cadaver K9s and human search crews have resumed now that the rest of the building was taken down. Very sad. This is likely to be the final resting place of those 121 missing people.

from WIVB and NewsNation Now-
"Rescuers were given the all-clear to resume work looking for victims at a collapsed South Florida condo building after demolition crews set off a string of explosives that brought down the last of the building in a plume of dust."

"Some residents had pleaded to return to their homes one last time before the demolition to retrieve belongings left in haste, but were denied. Others wondered about the pets left behind, even though officials said they found no signs of animals after making three final sweeps, including the use of drones to peer into the abandoned structure
."

Thanks for posting the FAA Support Center contact. Stay safe...
