Dashware

Hi folks,I downloaded Dashware on my PC which is running Windows Xp and I am having trouble with downloading Videos in Dashware,just greyed out buttons by Videos and cannot view as black screen.I was looking forward to getting gauges with the Data on my Vids!Anyone got any idea what could be wrong?Thanks for any help ...
