I recently crashed my drone into a tree. Seemingly the only thing broken was the flex cable. I watched a ton of videos and went step by step with a video on installing a new flex cable. I'm pretty knowledgeable about working with cables and electronics.

Does anyone have any ideas why my gimbal would be break dancing, pun intended. :-)

After replacing my flex cable mine did the same thing.
Turned out that I had installed the pitch motor shaft into the camera 180° off from the way it should have been.
Corrected that, and all was normal again.

Yup, that was my problem. Finally found a video that helped.
