Search shows some success stories about passing through Costa Rican customs with quads but most are 9 months old. I am seeing a lot about commercial regulations and fees that were recently imposed but nothing regarding a change in how recreational quads are treated at customs. Anyone have recent info or success? Just want to make sure I don't need to jump through hoops to get it in safely.
