Hi does anyone have any factual info on Costa Rica drone regulations? Planning on doing a family vacation the to a marriot and would like to know if I'd be okay fly around the beach and everything.

I had mine in CR last Oct, went throught the airports with no problem. There were no laws that I found, I flew mine where you are talking about and multiple other places. It drew a lot of attention from the locals, I put my goggles on some kids and gave them a ride around Herradura Bay. Check out my CR videos on youtube with the same user name.

I'm headed there in June up around Arenal and then Tamarindo...did you or anybody have issues with signal strength or range with the dense trees? Any feedback on usage and things to avoid would be appreciated. I currently have the p3p but will probably upgrade to the 4 before my trip and was thinking of adding the FPVLR ADVANCED ANTENNA KIT. Thoughts?
