Can any controller be used on any aircraft? And if so is the linkage process the same as for a loss connection re-linking? I ask this question because I have a practically new controller I would like to try and see if it helps my weak signal problem?

For a P3S, the controller needs to be a GL358wA. If that’s what you have, then yes it will work when linked.
