controller only flashing green

the rc of my brother is just flashing slow green and make no sound when i switch it on.

Need some more detailed info,
"my brother" ?

"make no sound"
Even when you first turn it on?

"flashing slow green"
Just the first power light, does any other lights on the remote come on.

First impression it needs to be charged, but I think it still beep on power on. Will your mobile device hook to it, or can see it, the Phantom doesn't need to be on.

nothing happen.
the rc is full cause it was loaded after using and today we go out and the rc was only flashing green,make no typical start beep tone and there is no ssid visible to log in with phone.when i connect it to the mac over usb i can find it in dji assistent but always failed to make an update.
i think the rc could be broken...

What are the lights doing on the back of the phantom, and what is the re-link (button / light) doing on the bottom of the Phantom?

how can i use dji go app when its not possible to connect to the wifi of the rc?!
so i was forced to connect to the computer over usb to see if it possible to make a update over pc for the rc but it was not.
and yes the rc was charged !
the drone works great when you use another rc!

Well that would helped a lot on your first post
I wouldn't have asked all of these questions.
So lets start over, can you re-link the defective remote to another Phantom?
If no, then the remote is bad, no WiFi from the remote, then yes the remote is bad.
