Hi sorry I'm new on this i need help i have Samsung phone and the DJIj pilot app said aircraft no connect i don't know what's going on please he me

the pilot app will NOT work with your phantom 3.
I am pretty sure that the DJI GO4 app will NOT work either.
The DJI Fly app will NOT work.

Go to DJI website and download the DJI GO app
Hopefully, your Samsung phone will connect to that app
