Can't connect to DJI3 Go App

Don't know why my Phantom 3 advanced controller status led is slowly flashing green. I can control the Phantom and gimbal and start motors but can't connect to the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Have tried different phone( Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S5). Both worked after the last update on the drone and controller. Any help would be appreciated.

Try a new USB cable.

Try a new USB cable.

I've tried that several times. Different cables in two different phones.
