Cannot access site when on cellular.

Using the app or browser I cannot connect to the site while on cellular data. I dont have problems with any other site. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. I can access with my iPhone 6 with cellular but not my iPad Air 2. AT&T

I can access site on my surface 3 with built in At&t as well as my At&t hotspot, but not my samsung s7 edge cell phone.... I have already tried the obvious (clear app data, cache, reinstall app, reboot, clear phone cache, etc) anyone have any other solutions?
