You have 2 5.8's and 2 2.4 antennas and I have used those as well as FPVLR's and all I could find when I was doing antenna mods but where I am and for me Dipoles worked the best .
Don't mess with doing them no more but yes they help .
My standard after all the testing ended up like this .
Do antenna mod search in my search in my signature and it will take you back to when the
Standard came out and read what all we tried .
