Battery looks bloated - safe to use?

I've been using this battery for a while, and I've noticed it's started to look bloated:

Is it safe to continue using or should I stop using it?

Can't really tell from this picture, but if a Lipo battery is swollen then NO NOT SAFE TO USE.

I have 3 like this, is there any help from DJI to replace them? Cycled them per manual to no avail.

Call them, hopefully yes. Look you see if it is still under warranty
