Regarding the icloud issue what I mean is if it is not locked. I almost bought an Ipad mini 4 before that is locked because the owner forgot the password.

No it's not locked I don't use a password. I would reset to factory specs so it would be like a new Ipad when you open it.

Sorry Man I'm actually choosing from a $350 Ipad mini4 64GB Wifi only and your $250 Ipad mini4 16GB Wifi + cellular. I would have chosen yours but he offered $300 which is too good to refuse.

I agree man and since I'm not using this for drone only that's why I chose the 64GB version. And apple doesn't also provide an option for SD Card which made me go to the bigger storage.
