Haha we'll believe it or not it actually a tear down!

$11 mill is really just for the property as the house is well over 40 years old and does not take advantage of the incredible ocean views

So whoever buys likely will tear it down and build something with an additional story and will take advantage of the views

To be honest I was not happy with the video as my phantom reaper was flying funny , there was wind, and the sun messed up most of the shots. To top it off the shots I took of the front did not record because of the crazy battery charging or not charging the go pro using the zen
