I use Litchi with the Harmon Kardon M3 - It Rocks! - The tablet is dedicated to the bird - flying apps only. The only other device that performs as well is my OnePlusOne (no longer available) which is a beast in it's own right.

I am going to get a new tablet and was wondering which one seems to work well with Litchi. They are both recommended but have heard android has some problems and I am experiencing that now but I know my current tablet is not p to the task. Thanks for sharing your opinions.
The Huawei M3 is a super tablet for flying with DJI Go, Litchi or anything else.
The only problem with Android devices is that there are so many different ones.
DJI Go is very demanding.
Try to run it on a sub-optimal tablet and you have problems.
The M3 is possibly the best Android tablet available and is just perfect.

Meta - I thought you had a Shield? You think this is better than a Shield? Does it have an HDMI output? Thanks

The Shield is now my backup machine.
The M3 boots Android much faster than the Shield, which I take to mean the processor is faster and it has 4GB of RAM to the Shield's 2GB.
The M3 won't make the HDMI users happy though.
