The anti-drone measures you've probably seen are likely to be illegal to use and will never be so common that they would be an issue for our recreational use.

Simple jamming is easy, and we'll likely see this even as pranks. The consequence is lost contact with the remote. With RTH the consequences are limited.

Interfering with the autonomous operation of the drone is another matter entirely, and much much harder to do. It requires a great deal more transmitting power for whatever signal is being beamed at the aircraft, nothing we can expect to see anywhere outside the military or law enforcement. Just not practical.

And jamming would likely affect other non-drone users as well which would bring the FCC down on the jammer in a big way.
