Thanks! And yes, the trees were large and plentiful but bare. Summer canopy would present its own challenges.

The sad part is the state of disrepair of the house. Been for sale and vacant for about a year and is not in a great area of town. It would take a cool million to bring her back to her former glory. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
