Additional taxes and duties

Sorry to hear your customs troubles, but in the future if you oder another one, it's probably worth the extra to buy from an EU seller, if you have problems after you can go back to that seller to fix it. EU sales laws cover you for all kinds of defects with manufactured goods, but if you deal direct with a Chinese company you are at their mercy. Because the USA don't have consumer protection laws, people there don't care if they buy from dji direct or not because the seller will tell a buyer it's their problem between them and Dji. Here in Europe it's your problem with the trader you bought it from, it's their business to refund/fix/ or replace as the laws state. It's easy in Europe to dispute something with a shop in your local city, and take them to a small claims court if necessary, good luck with any dispute with Dji, and from reading endless problems with Dji's service and demands on repair costs, I'd never buy direct... just my 2 cents...
