550 Quad

Here is my 550/650 Quad with Extend Aeroxcraft arms and E600 motors that I just built. I also attached a FeiYu 3 axis gimbal to it with a home made mount. Here is a short video (just playing in the front yard).

Great video!!! What's the advantage to making your F550 a quad?

It fits in my storage cabinet! I sometimes had issues with orientation on the 550 not so much with the rectangular shape of the extended quad. No props or landing gear in my photos or video. It flies really nice. All that plus I really like to build copters and then fly them
